Today’s mortgage rates for this Wednesday morning have increased from yesterday’s report. An upward trend that started at the beginning of the week.
The current national average for the 30 year fixed mortgage is 4.35%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.50%.
The 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) average is 3.14%, and 1 year ARM is 2.68%. The average 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is 3.85%, and jumbo loan rate for the 30-year is 4.36%.
Bank of America is reporting its 30-year fixed mortgage is 4.50%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.875%. The 10/1 ARM is 3.875% and the 5/1 ARM is 3.375%.
Over at Wells Fargo, the 30-year fixed is 4.375%, and the 15-year fixed is 3.75%. The 30-year refinance rate is 4.50%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.75%.
Chase mortgage’s 30-year fixed purchase mortgage rate is 4.25%, and the 15-year is at 3.350%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 4.25%, and the 15-year fixed is at 3.50%.
