Current mortgage rates at some of the nation’s top lenders for this Tuesday morning have mostly decreased since our last report.┬áThe national average for the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is 3.94% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.19%.

The 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) average is 3.11% and 1 year ARM is 2.68%. The average 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is 3.75% and jumbo loan rate for the 30-year is 4.29%.

Bank of America’s 30-year fixed mortgage is 3.75% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.00%. The 10/1 ARM is 3.25% and the 5/1 ARM is 2.75%.

Wells Fargo is reporting the 30-year fixed rate is 3.875% and the 15-year fixed is 3.25%. The 30-year refinance rate is 4.00%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.375%.

The 30-year fixed purchase mortgage rate at Chase is 3.875% and the 15 year is 3.125%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 3.875% and the 15-year fixed is at 3.125%.
