(LoanSafe.org) – No pain, no gain is one of my life motto’s. I simply believe that we all must go through our pain and suffering to learn from our mistakes. These are the Karmic laws of life and no one can escape these laws.

Whether you make a bad decision that causes you much pain such as hiring a company to perform your loan modification that later rips you off, or you are a criminal that preys on struggling homeowners who are desperate with your loan mod cons.

Sooner or later, we all will suffer the consequences of our actions.

Whether they are good or bad. You can call it what comes around goes around, Karma or paying for your sins. Let’s just say that this is how our world operates and the Rule of Law helps keep a modern civilized society in check.

Last week, Florida Attorney General Bill McCollum filed a lawsuit against Jeff George who apparently operated a fraudulent foreclosure rescue firm called, American Home Solutions Group out of Wellington. McCollum alleges that George and his partner Dante Marquez of making blatant misrepresentation and charging homeowners across the country an upfront a fee which is illegal is Florida.

In these new days of this modern age, it appears that many alleged would be white collar criminals are starting to suffer from their dastardly deeds. In this loan modification scam case, the alleged suspect is also being investigated by authorities for running a drug ring through South Florida pain clinics. Ouch!

It amazes me how many crooks we have on the streets right now. It seems that crime is getting worse, as opposed to getting better. However, I do believe that the FBI,  the state AG’s and several other legal authorities have been hammering down on these frauds. But the truth is that they can only do so much. They can only catch so many thugs and x amount of thugs will get away, but sooner or later, most all will get caught or they will surely suffer the wrath of  our world’s Karmic laws.

As they say, no pain, no gain. Oh and, life’s a bitch!
