Current mortgage rates at some of the nation’s top lenders for this Friday morning are unchanged from yesterday’s report. The national average for the 30 year fixed mortgage is 4.08%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.34%.

The 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) average is 3.18%, and 1 year ARM is 2.68%. The average 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is 4.00%, and 30-year jumbo is 4.53%.

Today at Bank of America, the 30 year fixed is 4.00%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.125%. The 10/1 ARM is 3.25% and the 5/1 ARM is 2.75%.

Wells Fargo is reporting the 30 year fixed mortgage purchase rate is 4.125%, and the 15-year fixed is 3.50%. The 30-year refinance rate is 4.25%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.50%.

The 30 year fixed purchase mortgage rate at Chase Mortgage is 3.875% and the 15 year is 3.25%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 4.00%, and the 15-year fixed is at 3.25%.
