Thank you for posting this! Two people from her team are who I've been speaking to, however, I did not have her office phone number or this executive number for escalating loan mod process.

Thank you Came to the forum this morning because I have been beaten down by multiple phone calls to Wells that lead to no results. Logged on, saw your post, called the Executive team and feel like something is really going to happen. They even answered their phone, live!!! No recording and hold music. I had been reading and studying quite a while before I posted and had been finding #'s here and there.

I also received assistance and now a BIG pkg to put together as a result of email's sent to Cara, Mary and Todd.

This forum has been a big help.

In your emails to these people did you go into a lot of detail or keep it short and sweet so they would read it easier.

Ive already started my modification by sending in my info for the second time bit we dont want to sit around and play the waiting game. If an email to these people would help then im sending them all emails tonight.

Yes, initially it helped. However, they changed our contact and got some inept gal who basically operated just like loss mit phone people, they don't know anything, just read what is on the screen and/or make it up as they go....

I've gotten 3 different reasons for denial....

Yes, I would attach a letter detailing efforts to date and what response has/ has not been and request escalation.

I sent to the following three people and got a phone call....

I've tried emailing some of these exc's..but the email keeps getting returned....fatal error ..user unknown...comes from another email adress at WF ...anyone else have this problem....gonna try a couple phone calls instead see how I make out with that...

I emailed the top three contacts and immediately got an email from a local WF employee looking to sell me a new house loan. Um....yeah....right.
