MLO licensing my company as a Lender in FL

What a conundrum.

I am an MLO in two states with my license in good standing under a company. I have decided to license my company, which is a corporation I already have.

It is a fairly simple process except for this: when I submit my paperwork and request through NMLS, they send a notification to my current employer that I have updated my MU2. FL will review and process my paperwork fairly quickly; however, the issue is this notification to my current employer. They can begin to make life hard for me, even terminate me. I have a pipeline with them that I cannot forfeit. I have spoken at great lengths to NMLS and to the State Regulator. I get no where.

Has anyone else been through this and what kind of advice can you offer? Thank Y'all in advance.
