1. the question mark is the default avatar. You can specify your gender in the PERSONAL DETAILS section and you'll have the appropriate image show (man or woman). Better, you can upload a small pic (avatar) and you'll have your own custom image. Please let me know if you have any difficulties doing this.
2. what kind of alerts are you getting? I can look into it for you. There's also an option to disable such notices, you can choose this, if they do become annoying.
3. logins should work now. Please clear your cache and let me know if you still have errors or problems.

Hi guys, I just googled my email address and my LoanSafe ID came up as a result. Um, I'm thinking this isn't good if I am emailing back and forth with the CA's, which we've been doing. Please see attached. Anyway to fix this, do I need to change some settings or something?
