Mine got transferred to Nationstar in Oct of last year, I've barely heard a peep out of them.Maybe it would be a good idea to start a new thread for Bank of America Loans transferred to Nationstar. Mine is scheduled for July 1 and I just made my third trial payment for the DOJ.
Anyone else in the same boat?

i just read some of your past posts. What a nightmare. Sounds like you've been to hell and back. I have a question for you: you mentioned the DOJ in an earlier post back in November. What happened with that? Did you receive a letter offering you a trial mod? How come you didn't take it?
We just made our 3rd trial payment. We are hoping for the best but preparing to continue the fight even if it means hiring our chapter 13 lawyer to finish the deal. It seems there is no end to this. Just when you begin to see a glimmer of hope- something else crawls out from under a rock.

I've gone through so many different strategies, meetings etc, that I'm not sure which DOJ post you are referring to, but we just finished our 3rd trial payment on June 1st and our mod (In-house Nationstar Modification) kicked in on July 1st, just paid it today. Going through this process I found the only way to get through to anybody was to bring in a 3rd party, housing counselor. The housing counselor was able to talk to a point person at Nationstar and she kept me in the loop during our entire trial period. Nationstar never contacted me during or after our trial period, I had to ask my counselor if she could see if everything was OK.
We have many people here in the same boat.. Here's some information Cat has posted that is specific to the BofA loans transferring to Nationstar;
Will my modification transfer to my new servicer?
If your account was modified prior to the transfer, the modification will remain and in effect. If you were working on, but had not finalized your modification, we will receive your documents within 30 days and will continue the process once we have your information. Seven days after the effective transfer, you can check the status of your modification on-line by selecting the “Check My Status” option under the “My Account” navigation bar, or by contacting us at 1-888-480-2432.
