Does the HOA have to honor a tenants one year lease when the HOA forecloses on the homeowner?

I'm not an attorney so I can't say that's what it is for sure but I believe tenant rights would require a new owner to honor the terms of the lease unless the new owner offered the current tenant a buyout that was accepted by said tenant.

Yes that would be correct in normal foreclosure circumstances, but it's questionable when an HOA forecloses and remains the owner of the home. Hopefully an attorney answers .
