I guess this is what Chase deserves. If they're not going to play fair, they should expect, that people will gang up together and take action, even if that means numberous phone calls, emails and faxes.

Don't waste time calling the numbers that i posted i am sorry, they are unhelpful customer service, the only thing you will get from these numbers is frustration and lies,misinformation... you know what i mean. I actually thought these might be helpful i was wrong.

Where is the uprising of the People to the CEO's of Chase, BOA, etc....they are raking in the dough, giving Bonuses larger this year than back in 2005 and WE are losing are homes through no fault of our own? I will join the front line...give me a date and time for the march/rally on the CEO of Chase....I am there!

Last week NACA organized a demonstration against Chase in NYC.... I only was aware of the demonstration since I received an e-mail....but did not see any press coverage in the media. I do not live in NY - so impossible to attend.... I have no idea how many people showed up...

I am furious that our tax dollars bailed out these banks.....these guys got to keep their jobs... and I lost my job...and Chase refuses to even open my file after 8 months! I was advised 3 weeks ago by a Chase rep that it has been sitting on somebody's desk for over 8 months! Rotting. In 8 months - nobody ever even reviewed it... every time I called - they told me it was being reviewed by "underwriting".
I was numb when I learned my file had never even been picked up in 8 months.

Delco - Nope. This was probably a guy testing to see if you still lived in the house. We've all had that - or most of us have - one way or another. 7 am. on a Sunday though is Very rude.

If you have to wait two weeks for your negotiator to return, I would e-mail [email protected] and say something like "Today a field inspector came to my home at 7 a.m. I will not go into how rude I believe this timing was. However, since my negotiator is on vacation for two weeks I wanted to be sure that someone at Chase knows I still do live in my home, and I still do want a modification. I would appreciate acknowledgement of this e-mail. thank you"

Just posted on another thread on 1/2/10 by another member:

Apologies if I am the last Loansafe member to have figured this out, but I recently tried getting a status update from the Chase Home Ownership Center Main Line:
866-550-5705
It was so much faster than regular customer service, my head was practically spinning.
Plus, I got a Loan Mitigator rather than a regular rep, who apparently was able to access more layers of my file than the customer service reps. Also, he could write emails to my negotiator and a Chase manager I'd been working with that wasn't calling me back.
( presume they will also blow off the Loan Mitigator. Still, it was nice talking to an intelligent person who as much as conceded I am being badly screwed and was willing to read and reread aloud most of my entire file) ;)<!-- google_ad_section_end --><SCRIPT type=text/javascript><!--google_ad_client = "pub-9439165354589625";/* 336x280, created 12/9/09 */google_ad_slot = "3961481147";google_ad_width = 336;google_ad_height = 280;//--> </SCRIPT><SCRIPT type=text/javascript src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"> </SCRIPT><SCRIPT>google_protectAndRun("ads_core.google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);</SCRIPT>

Re Some Intelligent nice Reps

.... I have to agree with you.... I have across several intelligent and caring Chase reps when i have called...and i have come across some real idiots.....

i also think it is smart not to call in on the main number - since those people are the real lowlies.... and do not have access to all the screens that the negotiators have...

I seem to come across far more idiots on the NACA main line --- these customer service reps tend to be less sophisticated and polite than the CHase reps.....and by far --- dispensing more incorrect information.....

According to Bert C, Molly Sheehan is the person from Chase that faced the barrage of questions in the previous comittee meetings chaired by Barney Frank. Bruce Marks from NACA laid into her pretty good also. I would like to believe she has been instrumental in having my case reviewed again after having been denied. Day after she responded to my email I received the call from Heather Johnson from Specialty Lending Resolution Department

I just wanted to pass this contact information along that I received in an email from the FDIC. FYI- FDIC only insures money deposited in banks. I thought they insured loans that defaulted as well.

I've never posted on this website but I have to thank those who have! I have been trying to get the status of my loan mod request back to June 2009. They systematically deny/decline/delay/loose paperwork and I have forever been stuck between imminent default and loss mitigation departments. I have waited as long as 1.5 hrs on the phone & spoke w/12 diff. people all with a different story on the status! Most recently I found the "contact info" thread and I when I was asked to submit another Borrowers Ass't. Pkg (3rd one since June 2009!) I copied Jamie Dimon JP Morgan/Chase CEO and David Lowman Chase Home Mtg CEO and Angie Ackerman Exectutive Office Resolution Group. Angie called me back the SAME DAY. I had another call today from the resolution group advising me that my file has been escalated to management. I'll keep you posted on my progress. Good luck - keep up the FIGHT and don't forget to MOVE YOUR MONEY from the 4 big banks. Take control of your financial system and don't be a victim of the banks!

I have a 2nd with Chase-the balance is $57,000. It is completely unsecured. My house is worth $345,000, 1st with Litton has a balance of $416,000.

I am in California - this is not purchase money.

I have a package of my financial information all gathered and ready to send. I'm going to request they take 10% and call it good.

Should I call before sending? If so, who?

If I should just send it, what address should I use?

Could I scan and email the package? To whom?
