How exactly would one go about requesting a "Project Lifeline" 30 day extention?

As always, Poppy, thanks for looking out for us! I had a phone conversation with a "higher-up" (she called me in response to my email!!!) that I detail in the "Thinking outside the box" thread. Fasten your seatbelts, its going to be a bumpy ride.

Trying to think outside the box...

Well...it worked!!!! I just got off of the phone with Grace Schulz...Office of the President, Vice-President Citi Residential Loan Servicing. She said that she is now my contact at their company, gave me her direct line. Implied that I should no longer email the other people that I was...

Trying to think outside the box...

Maybe when I have more time I can find the "Top Gun" picture and the one that looks like Monica from "Friends"...

Trying to think outside the box...

Thank you, Poppy...I'm ready to get back to work, but like I said, "everything for a reason". I could not deal with the stress of work along with as time consuming as this all is...so it's a good thing that I get a couple more weeks ;) uhhh...we'll see if I did this right...these are the...

How exactly would one go about requesting a "Project Lifeline" 30 day extention?

Thank you...I'm aware of that. That is why BK is a last and final option. This guy does handle BK's but he was also referred by our family attorney and like I said before, I do trust him. I will be able to get a feel for this guy this afternoon and tell if his only interest is to get...

Trying to think outside the box...

Ahh...did you watch the Westminster Show? We have a beagle named Trixie who is sadly, about 6 lbs overweight and a foxhound named Daisy who could have given any of those show dogs a run for their money! They are quite a pair...Trixie is a 13 inch beagle weighing 30lbs and Daisy looks...

    Email address for CitiResidential?

Poppy, Yes...I am amazed at the beauty and strength of poppies, and also how when used for the wrong purposes, how evil they can be. Just like people, I guess. I have a very strong faith and I truly believe that everything...and I mean everything....happens for a reason. So far, this...

How exactly would one go about requesting a "Project Lifeline" 30 day extention?

I realize that now, Poppy. I only wished that I had realized it in the beginning of this process. I'm not stupid and should have known that when the customer service person told me to ignore the court papers, that it was bad information. I am meeting with a BK lawyer today, but I have...

    Email address for CitiResidential?

Poppy, I am at the point of playing back by their rules...so yeah, it was an evil laugh. I'm embarrassed to admit, that I thought the you were a "he" until Moe said "she won't steer you wrong" about you. I think that, like me, your strength and fortitude helped me form that assumption...

Trying to think outside the box...

I know this may sound a little odd...but maybe it would work. What about including a picture or two of our family with these communications? It seems to me that these people deal all day long with words and numbers on paper, or a voice on the phone, and perhaps if they saw the real people...

How exactly would one go about requesting a "Project Lifeline" 30 day extention?

With the email addresses I found yesterday, I'm thinking of contacting them all today, with another letter requesting that they grant the 30 day extention based on their joint press release with the President yesterday. Then sending that request to the attorney and their snail mail address...

    In Foreclosure

I can't believe I did it...but I did. I found email addresses and finally got through to some people who may be able to do something. See my thread for "email addresses for citi residential" to see what I did. It may not bring any different results, but at least I've got their attention!
