Current mortgage rates at some of the nation’s top lenders for this Tuesday morning are mostly on the rise after the Memorial Day weekend. The national average for the 30 year fixed mortgage rate is 4.02% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.19%.
The 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) average is 3.07% and 1 year ARM is 2.60%. The average 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is 3.75% and the 30 year fixed jumbo loan rate is 4.31%.
Bank of America’s 30-year fixed mortgage is 4.00%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.25%. The 10/1 ARM is 3.375% and the 5/1 ARM is 2.75%.
Wells Fargo is reporting the 30-year fixed rate is 4.00% and the 15-year fixed is 3.375%. The 30-year refinance rate is 4.125%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.375%.
The 30-year fixed purchase mortgage rate at Chase is 3.875% and the 15 year is 3.125%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 3.875% and the 15-year fixed is at 3.125%.
