Mortgage rates at the nation’s top lenders for this Halloween are mostly the same as Friday. The current national average for the 30-year fixed mortgage average is 3.47%, and the 15-year is 2.78%.
The average rate for the 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) is 2.80%, and the 1-year ARM average is 2.68%.
Rates for the 30-year fixed FHA loan are 3.52%, and the jumbo 30-year loan is 3.64%.
Here are the current rates from a few of the nation’s top lenders:
Bank of America is reporting the 30-year fixed rate is 3.625%, and the 15-year mortgage is 2.875%. The 5/1 ARM is 2.625%.
Today at Wells Fargo, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 3.75%, and the 15-year fixed is 3.00%. The 30-year refinance rate is 3.875%, and the 15-year mortgage is 3.125%.
Over at Chase Mortgage, the 30-year fixed purchase mortgage is 3.50%, and the 15-year is at 2.875%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 3.625%, and the 15-year fixed is at 2.875%.
