Who is Michael J. Fisher?

Michael J. Fisher is a home loan modification expert and has the most successful track record in this field in the entire USA.

Prior to investing his time and effort in the mortgage modification industry, Michael spent 27 years in Southern California as a highly successful Investment Banker primarily engaged in Mergers & Acquisitions, representing public NYSE and NASDAQ companies in the acquisition of strategic companies to expand their market share.

Four years ago, Michael became aware of the urgent need to help people experiencing financial difficulties, people who were unable to meet their monthly home loan payments. Many were being foreclosed upon, and they were losing their homes.

Michael Fisher’s incredible success as a home loan modification expert has resulted in his book, “The Complete Loan Modification System.”

He has one of the highest success rates of anyone in the United States for modification approval on almost 400 successful modifications over four years. ONLY Seven Clients he represented did not receive a modification.

Michael personally worked with every single Client directly. From their first call to the law firm, and throughout the full modification process. Every single Client he ever represented had his personal cell phone number to be able to call him anytime, even after business hours.

Mr. Fisher has also represented several Attorneys, successfully modifying their mortgages. When you have Attorneys preferring to hire someone and pay a fee of $5,000 to $10,000 rather than they do it for themselves, you have to have a certain reputation for them to seek you out.

Michael has modified mortgages for Clients who had mortgage balances of anywhere from $110,000 to $1.7 Million. His Clients have had their monthly payments reduced by as much as $3,900.00 a month. The least anyone ever saved was around $319.00 per month, and that was only two or three people. The average savings was between $800.00 and $1,500.00 a month. His minimum fee to accept a modification case is $5,000, and if the mortgage balance is over $500,000 his fee can go as high $10,000, for him to represent a Client for a loan modification.

BUT, they ONLY paid the fee if they received a home loan modification that was fully acceptable to the Client, and they ONLY paid after they signed the modification contract.

Even at a $10,000 fee, Clients saved his fee amount in less than seven months, from the reduction of their monthly mortgage payment with the modification.

Michael has modified almost $200 Million in Client’s Mortgages in the past four years.

His Clients have:

• Saved a total of in excess of $2.3 Million annually
• Saved $56 Million over the life of their mortgages.
• 81% of all the Clients represented saved a minimum of $10,000 a year with a modification.
• 17% of all the Clients represented have saved a minimum of $20,000 a year with a modification.

He has represented Clients with the following situations:

• have been turned down for a Modification.
• are delinquent on their loan.
• are current on their loan.
• their house is worth less than the loan amount.
• have great, or poor, credit.
• are Self-Employed.
• received a Notice of Default.
• have a Foreclosure Sale date pending.
• have reduced income.
• have been turned down for a refinancing.
• have a large equity in the property.
• Are seeking a modification on an Investment/Rental property.
• Have a mortgage balance of from $110,000 to $1.7 Million.

Mr. Fisher has modified loans for Clients at twenty-six different Banks/Servicers. They are:

Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Citimortgage, Chase, GMAC, Countrywide, New Century Financial, ResMae Mortgage, Specialized Loan Servicing, Washington Mutual, Wilshire Credit Corporation, Homecomings, American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc., Wachovia, EMC, Flagstar Bank, One West Bank, Indy Mac Bank, HSBC Mortgage Service, Aurora Loan Services, OCWEN, America Servicing Corporation, Sun Trust Bank, Litton Loan Servicing, and Saxon.

Now Michael is a contributor to LoanModHelpCenter.com clients and we are grateful to have his expertise.

  1. Carol Corchero says:

In 2007 I refinanced my first mortgage with a company called 20/20 lending who put me into an adjustable interest only loan. It has been serviced by AHMSI who tells me my loan has a private investor. AHSMI turned me down for a modification after 9 months of paperwork “games.”. I would like to find help in getting out this loan. I am current on payments…..
