Today’s Mortgage Rates for 6/19/12

(LoanSafe.org) – According to our daily research done at the top lenders this morning, mortgage rates either went back down or stayed the same this morning. FHA 30-year fixed rates and FHA 5-year ARMs decreased at Wells Fargo under their home purchase program. Regular 30-year fixed loans and 5-year ARMs decreased under their refinance program.

Things stayed the same this morning at both Chase and Bank of America again.

Both regular and FHA 30-year fixed rates decreased at US Bank this morning.
