  1. Mark Six says:

I wanted make a comment on Wells fargo loan modifications. We went thru that so called loan modification. They said we could make lower mortgage payments which lasted 6 months during the process. There was a big hassle with paper work asked us for the same paper work over and over.Well we were denied and THEY MADE IT LOOK LIKE WE DID NOT MAKE A MORTGAGE PAYMENT FOR 3 MONTHS.WE HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE OF OUR ORGINAL HOUSE PAYMENT TO KEEP OUR HOUSE.I HAD BEEN INJURED AND WAS LAID UP DURING THIS TIME.WELLS FARGO PUT A BAD MARK ON OUR CREDIT AND SAID THEY COULD OR WOULD NOT FIX IT.WE WOULD NOT OF GONE THRU THIS IF THEY WERE HONEST AND TOLD US UP FRONT WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF WE WERE DENIED.
