Current mortgage rates at the nation’s top lenders for this Monday morning are mostly on the way down. The average for the 30 year fixed mortgage is 3.96% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.21%.
The 5-year adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) average is 3.21% and 1 year ARM is 2.68%. The average 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is 3.78% and jumbo loan rate for the 30-year is 4.39%.
Below are rates reported online by some of the nation’s top lenders.
Bank of America is reporting the 30-year fixed mortgage is 4.00% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.125%. The 10/1 ARM is 3.625% and the 5/1 ARM is 3.125%.
Wells Fargo’s 30 year fixed purchase mortgage rate is 4.125% and the 15-year fixed is 3.50%. The 30-year refinance rate is 4.25% and the 15-year mortgage is 3.625%.
Over at Chase Mortgage, the 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 3.875% and the 15 year is 3.25%. 30-year fixed mortgage refinance rates are at 4.00% and the 15-year fixed is at 3.25%.
