MOE COMMENTARY (LoanSafe.org) – Oh my god! Have you seen mortgage rates lately? 
Yes folks, they are rising and rising fast. Today they reached a 6 month high as mortgage brokers and borrowers n around in a panic to lock in their loans. While everyone is doing the Chicken Little, many news reports are claiming that this may take housing down, once and for all. No, really?!!!
Only if these people would have subscribed to my blog or listened to my advice for the last year or even few weeks, then their would be no reason to run around like a mortgage chicken with your rate head cut off. You would now be in a place of home loan zen because you were educated by a man (Me. Moe 
) with no agenda or product to sale.
Just FYI, I am the person who you should be faithfully reading or listening to if you want the loan truth. Not, some mortgage broker or paid expert with an agenda to sell.
If you are one of those poor souls playing the rate game, then you are simply home loan gambling and whatever you get in the end is what you deserve. I don’t mean that is a bad way, just a realistic way. That is just the way life works. In these new age days, KARMA seems to be the rule of thumb as opposed to some Buddha myth.
You better expect that rates will keep rising as I have been warning on my blog for the last year. You can also expect the American economic landscape to be ruled by KARMA and managed under the Rule of Law. The way our society should work .
So, if your Ying is not near your Yang, then it is time to get right with your God and get in alignment. This new world is all about Ying/Yang. Unlike, the days of yesterday where ethics and morals were an after thought.
Those of you that are enlightened and educated will fair fine in this new economic world that we now live in. Those of you that refuse to open even one eye, will suffer a life of misery in self made prisons for simply failing to see that which is right in front of you.
