“Money Talks” Radio Show Comes to SoCal

(Source: Debra Gruszecki The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, Calif. (MCT) — A new, one-hour live radio program, “Money Talks,” is broadcasting on KSPA AM 1510 in the Inland Empire area weekday mornings to offer SoCal listeners insight into global and national financial news events.

Hosted by Darren Vilardo, president of Inland Retirement Advisors, “Money Talks” analyzes the top financial headlines from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and discusses how current macroeconomic events affect an investment portfolio.

Vilardo, who founded the Rancho Cucamonga-based financial and investment firm Inland Retirement Advisors in 2010 and worked for Merrill Lynch and Smith Barney for more than a decade, makes forecasts, offers advice on investment strategies and takes live calls from listeners with questions or opinions.

Topics of discussion have included Europe’s debt crisis, stock values, proposed budget plans, fiscal and monetary policy and financial stewardship. “Money Talks,” broadcast by Astor Broadcast Group, also features invited guests of Vilardo who share their expertise on subjects such as real estate stories on real estate, mortgage, lending and tax issues, stocks and retirement.

Astor Broadcast Group is an independent radio broadcaster in Southern California, with studios in Carlsbad and headquarters in Anaheim. It owns KFSD AM 1450, business news and talk radio, in North County, KSPA AM 1510, business talk licensed in Ontario.
