Mass Joinder Lawsuit Looks Like An Organized Nationwide Criminal Mortgage Gang

(LoanSafe.org) – Can anyone say RICO? And no, I am not talking about Rico Suave either….

Here they go again folks. These mortgage cockbrokers and loony lawyers will just not quit.

What is the new, but old foreclosure scam of the day that is sweeping across the nation?

They are called Mass Joinder Lawsuits, and these idiots peddling this scheme claim that for a $4,000-$5,000 fee they can stop foreclosure and even some claims state you can get your home free and clear. But as Investigative Guy, John Mattes says on his new video (I will post below), that they forget to inform you that the lawyer, Philip Kramer and law firm behind these lawsuits, Kramer and Kaslow have an F rating with the BBB.

These darn loan roaches are morphing and mutating by the day into new scams or schemes. It don’t matter if the FBI sprays 5- 20 years of prison poison on them because there is always a roach lurking in the dark to take his daddy’s place.

It is a nationwide epidemic to the point where we may need to simply call in the Marines and place all these brokers in quarantine or FEMA Camps until we purge these demon breeding insects from the bunch. I am actually coming to the conclusion that it might be in these people’s blood or DNA. They are born to prey on humans because their minds or so small and souls so empty, that is all they can do to survive.

So what is this new mortgage scam about?

Basically, desperate homeowners are told by some type of salesman, who is usually an out of work ex-loan officer or broker that for $4000-$5,000, the homeowner can join a massive lawsuit with other homeowners to sue their mortgage lender or servicer. The not only claim that the lawsuit will stop their foreclosure, some of these con men advertise that they can get their house free and clear.

Our forum has been reporting on this fraud for several months now. These clowns even tried to recruit me into this scheme, but I had smelled a big fat stinky roach from the very first email and phone call. Hence, I turned the generous offer down and went back to doing what I do best, helping people and NOT selling them crap or false hope.

It’s all a marketing scam, say authorities. Please watch Investigative guy, John Mattes in this great video below. In addition, I have provided some links if you would like to research this further for yourself.

The Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (commonly referred to as RICO Act or RICO) is a United States federal law that provides for extended criminal penalties and a civil cause of action for acts performed as part of an ongoing criminal organization. The RICO Act focuses specifically on racketeering, and it allows for the leaders of a syndicate to be tried for the crimes which they ordered others to do or assisted them, closing a perceived loophole that allowed someone who told a man to, for example, murder, to be exempt from the trial because they did not actually do it.
