Homeowners around the nation are struggling with their finances in his down economy. Fighting foreclosure has proved extremely difficult and for many people it has been a losing battle. It is simply one of the worst of stresses that any human can face. Over the last year we have reported on many people who have become completely distraught at the fact they may lose their home or already have done so. We have seen people bulldoze their property, destroy their home inside and out, and in the worse case scenario, take their own life.
The thought of home ownership has been embedded in many peoples mind as the American dream. Individuals work extremely hard to get where they are at and some people just cannot live knowing they are losing everything they have worked so hard to achieve. Now, it has turned into the American nightmare for many would be dreamers. The
Last Sunday, at approximately 11 PM., police found a married couple shot to death in their own home in Houston, Texas. According to homicide investigators, the couple apparently took their own lives after being faced with foreclosure on their home.
The couple was found dead in their bedroom with gun shot wounds and letters laying alongside of them outlining their financial struggles. According to investigators, the letters indicate that foreclosure was the main cause of their decisions.
When police arrived to their home late last evening they found the bodies decaying and a horrible smell seeping out of the home. The smell was so bad that the neighbors were worried and eventually called the police. Along with the bodies and suicide letters, one gun was found inside of the property.
This is another sad travesty of the foreclosure crisis that is wreaking havoc on Americans across the nation. While corporate media is reporting that we are coming out of a recession, here at LoanSafe.org ,we’re claiming that Main Street is smack dab in the middle of the Great Depression II. There is no other way to describe what people are going through when they’re losing their homes and their jobs. It is nothing short of a nationwide depression.

Hello,
I told Chase, after dragging it’s feet for more then two years, and admitting that they were denying me based on a wrong loan, that i have never asked them about. That i will be burning myself in the house that I build.
They have been asking for “updated” docs and packages every 2 – 3 weeks and always seem not having this or that document.
I contacted Senator Boxer and waiting for a visit to Sacramento.
Is there anythign else I can do before doing what i am set to do?
Thank you very much,
Stella
