NACA is offering its Save the Dream Tour to Palm Beach Florida residents this week from Feb 25-Mar 1. These foreclosure prevention events have been a huge success over the past couple years with thousands of homeowners getting on the spot free mortgage assistance from the nation’s premiere non-profit housing counselors.
Many homeowners can expect same day loan modifications and loan workouts with their lenders. Some homeowners will see their mortgage payments reduced from 4%, 3%, and 2%. NACA has loan modification agreements with most of the major mortgage servicers (i.e. Bank of America, Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac) which cover approximately 90% of the home loans in the U.S.

This event in Palm Beach is being dubbed the 24 hour a day Save-a-Thon and will be held over five days at the Palm Beach Convention Center. Doors open at 9am and will run 24 hours for all 5 days. This unique outreach effort is geared to helping as many homeowners as NACA possibly can over the 5 marathon days. They will be assisting struggling borrowers from after sunset and before sunrise. NACA plans to staff the event with approximately 500 company representatives and volunteers to assist homeowners.
