    I am from Nc I've been with WF for 5 years I did a loan modification FHA . 2 years aago and was approved. I recently ápplied for another one in April 2012 an completed the first 3 forbearance payments now I'm on my second three months of forbearance payment will be completed Noveber 2012. My question is will I be approved for a second modification. Because I heard you can only get one ..My hards hip was we wentt on shorttime at work but in August business picked back up. Do I need ask my HS for another financial. Worksheet to fill out also some of my previous. Bills are paid off. Because she didn't ask or send me anymore d
    ocument s concerning. about if there had being. Any changes so do I need to report them to her.

    It is possible to achieve more than one permanent modification and we have many members here who have been able to do so. If you income has increased over this past month you may want to provide updated paystubs so you do not end up being turned down for lack of income. Does the forbearance paperwork state they will review your account for a permanent mod once it has been completed?
