Wells Fargo Denies all possibility of saving my home

I bought my house last year 2011 and after one year I get a letter stating that because they did not bill me Mello Roo taxes last year I now have a shortage in escrow. My payments went from 1127 to 1645. They will not work out a repayment plan that is affordable to me. So I have called Wells Fargo to see if I qualify for anything; repayment, modification anything...! Well I have been denied three times. The first time they said that I was over income because the payment still showed 1127 so the agent told me to call next month when they payment was at 1645, so I did. I called and at this poing they denied it saying I was under income that I needed more income. So the third time I had my fiance move in and start giving me 1200 a month...this third time I was denied they said I was still under income and that I had already applied three times and each time I showed that I could not afford to keep this house.
Any suggestions on what to do next? Below is my financial information.
    2400 income
    1200 fiances contribution
    Total 3600
    I spend
    1645 mortgage
    440 credit cards
    670 car
    200 food
    100 insurance
    214 utilities
    160 fuel
    total 3429.00
After each denial I keep asking if there is anything else to do to keep my home and all the agent keeps saying is to short sale! Each time I apply by just giving them my financial information I get denied within a week by the under writer.

The problem that you may be running into is that they wouldn't be taking into consideration your back end debt ratio (car payment is pretty steep at 670, anyway you would be able to refinance that to save you some money monthly?) or the escrow shortage that you had when considering you for a modification.

What is the total amount that you have as a shortage in your escrow?
How far out did they spread the shortage monthly?

Thanks for the reply the 670 is two vehicles mind and my fiancée. I'm a consigned he pays got it. I asked if I could refinance and the agent said my only option was to short sale. I will try though. The shortage is 3570 snd they want it 12 months.

Sorry for the confusion, I meant refi the car as I thought that payment was for one car. You can try to negotiate the shortage though, most lenders will work with that. The maximum amount of time they would be able to spread a shortage out is over 60 months.

You only pay 200 per month on food? Does that include food strictly bought at the grocery store, no eating out? pack your own lunch? I just find it hard to believe since groceries are so expensive lately, especially with the price of gas these days.
Can you trade in the car and get a lesser payment, that's a lot!
