Not one phone call

Wells Fargo is servicing my first for Fannie Mae. My last payment was for February. Since then, door knockers, a few letters, forwarded to an atty, noi, etc.... But not a single phone call! My phone number is the same and even my second has called. Is this common, or do they not have the original loan docs, or something in between?

I have seen a few people say similar things. I had very few calls from the first and zero on the second. I would just be happy that you are not one of the ones being harassed all day long like some people are and just pay attention to what the letters say because if your case has been forwarded to an attorney you are getting near the end.
