Wells Fargo executive office received complaint before it's filed.

I requested the forms for the Independent Forclosure Review for my brother against his first mortgage lender, Wells Fargo. I had to give the loan number and bank's name before they could send me the forms. A Wells Fargo representative called today and said their executive office received a complaint. I didn't even submit the review yet. My brother explained that he didn't file a complaint yet. While my brother had the bank representative on the line, he asked for a deed-in-lieu of foreclosure. The representative said that she has to review the files which will take 48 hours. Is Wells Fargo that efficient with all complaints? I will be surprise if he gets a call back in 48 hours.

    Thanks for your post.

I believe you already know the answer to your question
Is Wells Fargo that efficient with all complaints?
I too would be surprised if WF calls back in 48 hours.
