Has ANYONE gotten a 2mp thru WF HELOC ???????

I've been trying to get my 2nd modified since my first was approved via HAMP in March 2012.

Has anyone received a 2nd loan mod from WF( wells fargo bank)

how long it takes?

I was unable to find any 2mp successes specific to WF. Most that receive the modification on their first lien work on the strategy to settle the second lien as they realize it works out better in the long run.

I understand. but then my 2nd is not completely underwater. way too much in the money..so I can't settle my 2nd with wf.hopefully my 3rd would get settlement. thank you for your reply.

wells fargo bank is horrible!! i've been working with them on my 2nd....i've been making payments, and they were supposed to just take my unpaid late payments and tack them onto the end of the loan. they said they would send me papers, and they never did. I have a payment for $650.00 scheduled for saturday. (the normal payment is 430.00) and now yesterday i get a letter stating they cannot help me and the normal collections process will resume if appropriate. what the hell does that mean? any thoughts?
