    Trying to offer settlement on Wells HELOC

    Im trying to submit a settlement letter/offer to Wells Fargo Heloc. Does anybody know the Mailing Address OR better yet the Fax Number to submit this letter??? My HELOC was charged off 10 months ago... I have not made a PMT in over 15 Months.

    I have a number but I believe it is for settlement to the bankruptcy department . . . 1-866-306-8279

    They are the same dept., but the number above is specifically for HELOC loans.

    These are the numbers I found. I faxed my settlement offer to 866-593-3578 (Loss Mitigation). They turned it over to Heloc Liquidation. Their fax number is 866-834-7648 (Heloc Liquidation)

    I wonder if it would do any good to fax a settlement offer if you have only missed one payment. Thought, anyone?
