promising not to foreclose, getting trial mod payments out of him.
Once getting a bunch trial mod payments, deny the modification!
Get OcalaKen to sign off on all mortgage improprieties and fraud claims while offering mod!
Drag out situation until statute of limitations on all violations and frauds is passed by.
OMG! He is now helping securities investors discover the roots of the fraud perpetrated upon them!
Give him a mod, cancelling all interest paid and owed, and all closing costs.
OcalaKen might win enormous punitive damages, settle at all costs!
Lets see..... we ruined his credit, his life, his reputation.........?
