I've sent in all documents, updated them monthly, etc. and have been told though I do not qualify for HAMP, there are several other programs they offer. I've gotten different answers almost everytime I call. Finally 2 weeks ago I called the Executive Line and the man who answered told me he would try and rush through a decision for me. My status online at the wellsfargo.com/assist is listed as "preparing modification agreement" in process. I rec'd a message at home on Friday saying they rec'd all my documents and I should hear from them within 5 business days. So this morning I called and asked if there have been any new updates and was told that I am listed as "borrowed imminent" and that it basically means the Executive rep pulled everything they need to rush it so the negotiator doesn't have to do as much leg work and they can make a decision quicker. I can never get an idea one way or the other as to whether or not this is a good sign or a bad sign. Does anyone know if this is a path to success or seems likely a denial? Any information would be greatly appreciated. |
