Should I use the Wells Fargo Online Form? - Loan Modification Forum

So I called the Loan Modification department today for my property in Los Angeles. They directed me to http://www.wellsfargo.com/paymenthelp She mentioned that there was a form I could print out and fax in along with all of my other documentation. My findings are that it is an online form rather than a printable form.... Any ideas? Is submitting the online form a bad idea?

I would submit it online as they requested. They should give you a confirmation number. Also keep a detailed record of who you talk to and the process.
