executive response unit.... now what will happen

    Hello, I was just informed today that my file has went to this unit (executive response unit)... have just been told they need me again to fax all the paper work again. ... will this ever end and is this team really a good team.. any information from anyone would be great... also they are asking for things (homeowners policy, taxes) these are included in my mortgage.. shouldnt they have this information and know what it is... again any information and encouragement (if there is any) would be greatly appreciated......

    That is just standard information they may ask for and I would just let them know that it is escrowed into your account. This is the best and most knowledgeable department you could be working with and once you send everything to them and they confirm your package is complete you should not have to keep resending information over and over again. But keep in mind that occasionally reps will want to see updated info such as bank statements or paystubs as the review progresses.

    Good Luck is right...I have been dealing with this dept for over 6 months and have gotten the runaround....and all of a sudden tonight I get a call from a new "Specialist: from Citi who will be taking over the handling of my acct. so we have to start all the way from the beginning again...all this because I contacted my AttY.General Martha Coakley...gee I guess that was the wrong thing to do because CITI sure as hell wasnt doing anything....I suppose I am being punished now....what a joke

    It is not uncommon for your case to be transferred to several reps throughout this process as your case progresses. Who knows maybe contacting your AG was the right move and they have now escalated your account.. Unfortunately, for some people the loan mod process can still take up to a year to complete if the lender does not properly handle the account.
