I had received something similar from our senator. I had emailed in my concerns.
I had it all prepared and ready to go (just needed an envelope) and I received the approval email that night from NACA 3/18!
I have been wondering if I should still send it out. Thought I would wait for today, it has been 2 weeks tonight!

Even though NACA says I am approved. I am still faxing this info back to my congressman. I want them to be aware of the numerous problems with them. Especially since they have taken so much of our tax dollars. With the dateline story and all of our complaints, I hope this will shake them up even more. Even if my mod gets done and its over with, I dont want them to keep getting over on homeowners. I am writing my letter as we speak. I am also including my loan doc were it shows how my husbands income was doubled and the many numerous "final copy" that we never signed and it looks like numbers were changed.

no I dont have a format. I am speaking from the heart and stating facts as well. I also gave mention to this site and the many other stories about CW and their unfairness.

GOT MOD DOCS TODAY!!!!!! Even though I didnt receive the approval email, the NACA rep was right when she said I was approved!!!!!! FIXED RATE 5% FOR LIFE OF LOAN!!!!!! PAST DUE AMOUT ADDED TO BACK OF LOAN!!!!!!! FIRST PAYMENT DUE JUNE 1ST!!!!!!!THANK YOU NACA!!!!!!!!NOW ITS TIME TO GIVE BACK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

yes we are MP927. Its just been so many horrow stories in the media about forclosures I was really getting scared. I would put on a brave face for my family, but lord knows I was scared. I feel so grateful. Even though none of us should have had to go this far or had to feel this scared. CW should have done the right thing from the start. Even with the missed payments added to the back of the loan. My payments are still low and the most important thing is my interest is fixed!!! The ARM is what had my stomach in knots.

I know! I've been a nervous wreck for about 2 years...just hearing that you and mshanie got your docs makes me get a feeling of weight off my shoulders! I know ours is close to being received now. Whew, it is such a huge relief!

Maybe the letter to congress did worked but the big picture was the Lord's hand was all over it.
