| re: CW/NACA Experience SUCCESS!! This is strange I just got an email from NACA out of nowhere. What should I think? ----- Hi, Carrie @ NACA here. I have reached out to BAC today, asking them to confirm receipt of the MOD DOCS back from you by FedEx. I expect to have confirmation from your lender within 2 days. ----Carrie @ NACA |

| re: CW/NACA Experience SUCCESS!! I think this may be coming to an end. Both loans are now closed in the workout area. Both loans show new payment for July. The loan that was updated today still has the old payment showing under one area in the details but everything else is correct. When the 2nd loan updated same thing happened but after awhile it all worked itself out to be accurate. Success!!! I again thank this site! the members of this forum! and especially NACA. I would never have gotten this wonderful rate if I didn't go searching for help and ended up here!!!!!

| Re: CW/NACA Experience SUCCESS!! It's been like almost 9 months now and we still don't get results from the company that we hired to negotiate with Chase to modify our loan. But unfortunately we didn't get any update information until now. So, we decided to attend the workshop of NACA last October 18 in Cowpalace. It takes a while before we met the counselor. After the counselor we met the servicer and also requested to postponed our Auction sale date. They told us "it will take 5 to 10 days before they can decide if we can get the permanent Loan Modification because they are waiting for the BPO of our property". After 10 days we still not getting any results and we keep calling the bank (JP Morgan Chase) but they keep diverting our call to a collection department. So, we decided to email Naca to get updated information from the bank. From Naca They said that they postponed our Sale date to December 18 but we still worried if they will modify our loan or not. "This process takes 30-60 days to get a solution normally, depending on your situation and your lender". Thank you for the replied but I guess they only postponed our sale date until Dec 18 and 30 to 60 days is not enough to wait for the status of our Loan Modification results. Our question is what will happen when the due date comes & still no update info. Hope that they can find solutions for us to keep our home before thanks giving or the due date they gave us. It is hard to sleep every night and work everyday knowing and worrying what will happen if we don't get approve to our requested monthly Mortgage proposed by NACA. Is there anyone with the same situation? |
