They should have helped people sooner and they wouldn't be this overloaded now! Maybe I should tell my son to apply for work at FedEx. Looks like it would be job security! For the mean time anyway! It is stupid that only certain levels can be seen. They should enter in the account number and whatever is relevent to that account should be available to anyone you talk to. Or it should tell them it is higher level and transfer the call to a higher level staff. Ridiculous! |

How do you know when you send these papers in, that she is over nighting to you, they won't go the way of the other set of paper??? They are crazy! How can they run a company like that? I agree, Dateline should do a show on the ridiculousness of these banks! Maybe if we ALL email and call and suggest it, they will pay attention? Also, it feels like Naca is so overwhelmed right now they are becoming bogged down and disorganized too. The girl who handled my file initially, never returns emails or updates me. When she needed a paper from me, I had to check in and see why nothing was happening on my file with chat to even know they NEEDED this paper! I got my official NOD last week and it says three months from 5/15 they can sell my house. I am not even submitted to the servicer yet!! We all know CW/BoA is going to take forever on their end! Breath....breath.... Tartbird |

Yes I agree with you that NACA is getting to be this way,,best thing is to keep on them and never assume anyone is working on anything Yes now my next worry is will I even get these docs that she is sending 2 if I send them back will it make it to them 3 is it going to this same girl (maybe I can put attention to her) One thing they are saying is how I sent both loans in one envelope. Lets hope that this time it will be better! Oh yes and she told me I don't have to send any title insurance business or pay stubs so the envelope will lite! |

I dont know if this helps or not. but I recently sent my payment in Express Mail through the post office, it cost me $17.50 but I was able to track the delivery, it gave the date, time and name of person who signed for it. I guess they could always lose it after the person signs for it but... |

Got my correct documents just now. Everything looks good! Time to go to the notary. Weird thing is last time I went to get my other docs notarized she said that they had the notarize here stickers wrong. They had the sticker on the actual agreement and something called California all purpose acknowledgment. Notary said should only notarize the CA all purpose. I asked CW and they said no make sure all forms are notarized. I'm confused because the notary did it the way she thought it should be and the 2nd mortgage mod is complete. Lets try again | |

I recently had a doc notarized here at work and our notary also said that now it is notarized with the CA all purpose also. It was a separate page added to the documents. Maybe it is a special CA requirement??? If so, CW/BofA is a CA company I believe. I don't know.... |
