CW/NACA Experience SUCCESS!!

Finally my workout information on the BofA site has something!
Kind of looks like something that should have been there about Feb!
I hope it simply means they have my docs and are going over them.

All though it does say no documents found....I spoke to a rep at BofA and they said takes up to 5 days to scan in.

Is this "interest" category of unpaid stuff, etc. required to be paid upfront along with the new payment? Or, is it added to the principal?

I'm just wondering how much money I have to come up with should NACA get my proposal accepted.

Anyone have any insights on this? Thanks!

i see that you joined naca in jan 09. could you tell me when they submitted your paperwork for modification. just wondering, bc we also joined in jan 09 and they did not submit our paperwork for a mod until april 09. oh yeah, congratulations and the best of everything. i know that alot of stress has been lifted from you. i can't wait to get their also. again, best of luck and enjoy your home.

They submitted me Jan 17th
Got the approval email March 18
BofA workout account says Completed May 19 (workout info had been empty this entire time with NACA)
It does not show my documents listed.

Now the wait is to see when the account is updated with proper %, payment and interest principal payment! And still wondering about that 19k interest .....

So that is my 2nd loan that says closed. I checked the account details and see my next payment due is correct and the interest is all correct. However, I see the old payment and the new....probably still need to work out the kinks...

Sounds like you are almost done! Wish I was there!

My on-line account has never said anything, yet, when I missed my payment this month, the on-line account sure wanted to know why! No hesitation there! Show me the money! That's all they seem to care about.

How wonderful that it is working out for you! Reading your posts prompted us to check our own status on the BofA website because we got some FRUSTRATING news last week- first our workout information said this:

Workout Status Details:	Your Loan Modification has been canceled from workout servicing because we have not received required information which was requested from you. Please be advised that normal collections activities will resume on your loan. Please continue to explore alternative options to bring your account current. If there is any change in your financial situation, please call for reconsideration. Thank you.

We submitted all of our information to NACA Jan 15 '09 and have been calling for updates weekly. When we tried to call BofA and ask what information was not returned, they said that we were a NACA account so they could not give us any information and we'd have to call NACA blah blah. They said their system showed that they'd requested info from NACA twice and had not gotten it so they canceled our mod. We were UPSET. We called NACA and they said they didn't show any requests and would "request an update from their negotiator." After reading your post we checked our account and now, below the 'cancel' post above, it says this:

hmmm hopefully NACA will get it straightened out for you!! I hope they do.

I guess it depends on the mood of who you talk to. I am going the NACA way now, just trying to figure out how to untangle myself from the Pres. office.
