This is my 2nd modification using Naca so I believe 200% that using Naca to advocate for a solution is the best way to go, thier services are free and they get great results. The only thing left is for CW to apply the $1569 in suspense to my June payment and this is suppose to be done by next week. The person in the Pres office is going to follow up and make sure its gets done. |

They finally posted the payment they were holding to my June payment, almost all of my account has updated, the current statement view is showing past due amount but for July 1, (hope this updates in july on its own) and is showing late fees due, but had no late payments and the workout page is still showing same status approved/completed pending changes to your account and the original Naca mod from 11/08 is still there too showing processing/referred. The person working on the account said both mods are closed. Will still be looking at the account everyday for changes, anything having to do with CW/BOA makes me nervous! Good luck to those in process for a mod or those waiting for updates on thier mods, stay stong and don't give up! |

Dear Homeowner: I want to update you on your file which has been submitted to your Servicer/Lender (Servicers). While we have obtained solutions for tens of thousands of homeowners we have not yet achieved your NACA Restructure Solution to permanently reduce your mortgage payment to an affordable amount. A number of the Servicers have delayed the approval of the NACA Restructure Solution waiting for President Obama's plan to be finalized. They are now working with NACA since the Obama Administration has made it clear that their plan (Home Affordable Modification Program – HAMP) is the minimum standard and the Servicers must implement NACA's Restructure Solution. Servicers are now working through the backlog of NACA submissions. NACA announced today the hiring of over 1,000 people to work with homeowners to achieve the NACA Restructure Solution. We may be contacting you for additional documentation required by the Servicers to complete the approval process. We are determined to assist everyone. Our strategy is to make sure that no one loses their home to foreclosure or gives up while we continue to advocate and fight for your NACA Restructure Solution. This strategy is working for many homeowners and we expect it will work for you. We will continue to aggressively advocate for your solution. You will hear from us within the next four weeks. I know that for some of you, it has been a long process. Please be assured that we are fighting everyday to achieve your NACA Restructure Solution. We are winning so do not give up! More Servicers, Lenders and Investors are agreeing to NACA’s Restructure Solution. We are by far the most effective program in the country. Also, if the Servicer or Investor refuses to accept your restructure solution we will provide you with information to continue the advocacy. The hiring of an additional 1,000 staff, with hundreds to be hired immediately, along with NACA’s non-violent “Bank Terrorism” approach (i.e. we hold the Servicers/Lenders' CEOs personally responsible), gets the results. Be assured that NACA is the best program in the country for getting long-term affordable solutions. Bruce Marks NACA - CEO P.S. If you have an auction date click here so we can work to postpone your auction. If you have an immediate issue or concern that needs to be addressed send us an email at services@NACA.com and we will promptly respond. Did everyone receive this email today from Bruce Marks Naca (CEO) | ||||||||||

Account is completely updated with all of the new information and shows modification completed and closed. But it still shows the original mod attempt from 11/08 as in process (been that way since last year even though I have now gotten 2 mods) was told by CW that mod attempted is closed, |

I have already had 2 successful modifications with the help of Naca, the last one took forever to update the account so I contacted the OOP and they took care of it. In September when we fell behind again, I wasn't sure what to do so I did nothing, I ended up going straight to the OOP by emailing Barbara Desoer's office 2 weeks ago, instead of ging to home retention, I got a call the same day, faxed in our info and was assigned a Negotiator in 2 days, it took the Nego 1 week and they gave us a straight modfication (rate is already low and pymt is below 31% of income) that put the past due to the end of the loan, which is standard in any modification and made the account current with the 1st payment due 12/1. The notary will be here on tuesday to sign the docs and Nego said will only be handled by her and no other dept at boa. |

We are trying to apply again because my Husband had lost his job and on top of that we just have a Salary reduction at my work. Gray, will you please give me some advise of what you've done to get a 3rd modification? You just enlighten me with your success story. |

I see that you had some success with NACA and perhaps you could give me a hand in my search for some light at the end of the tunnel. |
