re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! One question, how long until you saw any status change at all on CW side or NACA side. I know I'm supposed to check back in 45 days but wondering how long until CW shows that I was submitted at least?

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! you got your mod docs about 10 days before me, if no change to yours by monday I would call or email naca for update, if CW put a phone number on your mod docs you can also call that one for an update. I was going to make those calls tomorrow it was on my to do list till i saw the change posted. it must have just happened as it wasn't there last night.

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! When you are looking at your status on the CW site, is that a special website? Or is it the normal CW consumer site? Also, NACA approved me/created a workout plan and submitted to CW for me in late September. On the NACA website, I have no updates. All of my updates have been verbal when I've called NACA. Does that seem right to you? I keep thinking that there's something missing here...

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! I didn't get any updates from naca, i had to call each time or i used the online chat at the top of thier website. my status with naca still says Submit to Servicer - Restructure. (you can find this when you log into naca and click on process). As for CW its thier normal website, where you log into your account, then click on left side financial hardship then workout information should take you to the screen that shows the docs they have gotten and your mod status. (note- i think docs submitted only show here 60 days) others have reported them not showing up and my paystubs from november are no longer there. I also think being behind like we were may help move the process faster, I think they are helping borrowers who are behind first.

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! when we started the process (Sept 08) I called naca and cw at least once a week to get updates, when i called naca and they would tell me no update from cw i would call cw and ask why, or i would ask naca to call cw for update. got so frustrated calling cw that i finally quit and only called naca once a week for update. keep the faith dthom my prayers are with you!

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! Gray, Again, congrats on your win!!! How many phone sessions did you have with NACA regarding your finances? Also, what items did you include in your expense list outside of the obvious (ie savings, entertainment?) It seems they try to take everything into account and I don't want to short myself.

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! We are not yet behind, NACA has told us to continue to make payments while they go thru the process, to try not to cause any further damage to our credit, due to not being able to pay cc. Don't know how long we can do that though, still have to pay utilities, etc.

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! yippee!! hooya!! I got MOD docs today too via Fed Ex, I got a Naca Mod approved in Dec 08 for 6%, and I too got 1 of those approval emails on 3/19 from Naca for a new mod with a 5% rate, when I spoke with the Naca rep last week via online chat she verified I was approved for this even though I had just gotten a mod, but no terms of the new mod were available. I too just got a fed-ex with new mod docs today with a 5% fixed rate, I had a question about the figures they were using since we are only just barely past due for march payment (which I tried to make today but my online payment option is now disabled

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! I got the email from Naca on 3/19 like everyone else saying my restructure was approved for 5%, I thought it might be an error or oversight since I just got the Naca mod, I didn't call anyone either cause I didn't want to rock the bottom and screw up the rate I just got, but I did do the online Naca chat last week and she said she saw the approval, but no details and since hubby got another paycut I could resubmit income stuff and the negotiator could try for an even lower rate, I declined and told her if in fact was true about approval I'd take the 5% and be happy with it. Wierd huh!

re: CW Mod NACA, a Success Story Twice !! Sent signed & notarized Mod docs back on 4/8 and CW got them via Fed Ex on 4/9, been fighting with them ever since to process the darn modification and update the account. Finally got so frustrated emailed Barbara Desoer, Pres BOA Home Loans; Ken Lewis, CEO of BOA and Bruce Marks, CEO of Naca. Finally 2 1/2 weeks ago got a call from someone in Barbara Desoer's office after explaining the problems she has been working on getting this fixed and today when I logged into the account it is partially fixed, yahoo! This is my 2nd Naca Mod first one lowered rate from a high sub-prime fixed to 6% fixed and this new mod lowers it to 5% fixed for the life of the loan. Crossing my fingers and praying they finish with the account then I can be a success story twice!
