    I am done!!! Bank of america very successful perm loan mod!



    i have been at this since October, 2010 and I have finally arrived at success!!

    I have permanent loan that went from 6.25 to 3.85 for life of loan - 23 years.
    Monthly payment is $625 less.
    They will forgive 23,000 every yr for the first three years of my principle balance.
    For the next five years, 1,000 will be taken off my principle as long as I am in good standing.

    I keep pinching myself that this has finally happened!

    I could not have done this without first getting a Rest Report so I had all my info. Also, Michael from Loan Mod Center was so informative and a big help through all of this.

    Anyone that needs help should contact Michael.

    Also, going through this with everyone else was really great and I appreciate it!

    Evan - I just wanted you to know that I have been coming here since 2008 and I could have never, ever, gotten through two loan mods (one in 2008, and this one) without this forum and thread. You have given great advice and help through the years and I thank you!

    Hi I am new to this forum.. Would you please let me kno wwhat is a "Rest Report" as I am working on a loan mod w/ BofA and it appears it's going to be an uphill battle.. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx much Cheryl

    Corky - if you just go to the top of the page and click on their ad - talk to Michael. He will want to know your mortgage payment including taxes, insurance and any HOA fees and then your gross monthly income. He will be able to tell you if you will qualify and then all about the Rest Report - you will feel so much better talking to him and keep coming here, it does wonders! Good luck -

    Hi, Thanks so much for your quick response.. When you say click on "Ad", do you mean "Loan Modification"? Also, is there a charge for this.. Again thanks for your help.. I'm clueless as to what this forum entails, but it looks like a great page for info!

    The ad at the top of this page - says in bottom left corner "loansafe members discount" - click on that box and it will give you details. Initially, it is a free consultation and then if you want to buy Rest Report - I paid $715.00 - not sure if that changed. Michael will explain. There is also a Rest Report thread you should check out -
