I had already recieved everything on that a couple months ago. I was hoping they would lower it, but they wont. Oh well. All my past dues pmts and fees are being tacked on to the loan. I will recieve the paperwork by Friday hopefully to sign and return. My pmt was $1457.00 and now will be $1498.00 |

She said they already locked us in for 5 years at our current rate and they wont go any lower. I wonder why sometimes they do lower it? We have Bank Of NY as our investor. |

We only were showing a surplus of $100.00 so i kinda thouhgt based on what everyone has been experiencing here, they would lower it. Oh well. Being locked at 8.35 is better then it adjusting twice this yr like it was supposed to. Plus it was to adjust again next year. |

Ali, You had originally been told that you already had a mod......and you can't have another one........ at least they put the past due payments on the end of the loan and fixed the interest..........that is better than when you thought you couldn't even get another mod.......
