LoanSafe.org has become the most trafficked and trusted website on the internet for consumers to get free information to assist them with a loan modification. What started as just a blog and then a forum, has turned into a national movement of paying it forward and now, over 100 documented homes saved.

All work done here at LoanSafe is volunteered and pro bono.

These are the homes that we know about because they were official members. We suspect that this website is and has possibly helped thousands get relief on their mortgage.

LoanSafe.org is a grass roots organization comprised of consumers and homeowners that has grown from 1 member in August of 2007 to over 3,500 members today. We are growing at an incredible rate of 20 new official members daily and we have been featured on CBS, KCAL, FoxBusiness, LA Times and many other national news outlets. This is no fly by night organization.

We are the real deal. We have your back and we will help you FIGHT BACK!

Keep in mind that this is with absolutely no funding, grants or support from an outside entity. We do not take money from lenders, sevicers or any other corporation that has contributed to the mortgage and housing melt down.
