I followed up on status and it is still the same...under review... and according to "Chalise" all the files are taking longer to review.. Call back in two weeks.. I mentioned about the adjustment in June.. She said please try to make the payment if it comes to that? This adjustment last adjustment was hard to make. We have restructured our expenses to make the current payments.. suffering other bills. When is a good time for a QWR? |

This means means that on 05/01/08 the interestfrate on your adjustable rate mortgage loan will change from the current rate of 8.05% to 8.625%. Down further in the letter says Your interest rate is calculated by adding 5.950 percentage points to the current index. |

She said that people are getting notifications in the mail but I should call back in two weeks. Well we'll see where in underwriting I am on Friday. |

I am actually trying to use all resources being proactive while waiting for word on the loan modification.. I do have a concern though my monthly expenses are different than I had originally submitted in March because I paid off a loan borrowing $ from family which the housing counselor says $298 surplus. |
