So now all the sudden when i called the hope hotline i get a call from ocwen saying they are willing to modify our loan.I was realy happy when I got this phone call but now im getting nervous ocwen has denied 3 of the loan modifications they are now trying to drop the interest rate to 3.95% for 3 years which would give us time to repair our credit being that we were paying 4000.00 a month now we may be paying 1890.00 big dif and much more affordable im realy not sure what to do at this point i've tried i've kept in contact with them like im supose to the max i could afford is 2000.00 a month with ocwen because my secong mortgage is 400.00 a month . |

Ocwen is being investigated by HUD......so alot of their customers are receiving phone calls like this one.........and they are real..... Ocwen is scrambling to modify and try to show HUD that they are working with customers......so that is good news for you.......because even though you were denied before you got the call..... Did they say when you should receive the documents by?
