Ocwen Loan Modification Success!!

to anybody dealing with ocwen good luck. i am trying to come up with my forth mortgage payment séance i applied for a loan mod and have been on a forbearance with them for four years and I'm five months behind.i keep faxing and emailing the info thy asked for. i call and they say thy have everything and to wait ten days.after ten days i call and they tell me oh we didn't get the stuff. or they need something else.i resend it. i have been told its all done and at the under writers 6 times now. the last time i called was ten days ago.and it supposedly went to the under writers again.ill call again today. I'm disabled and go without some of my medications so i can pay my mortgage. after four months now I'm at the point to give up and let them foreclose

great news i called ocwen today and they told me there just waiting for my home evaluation to come in and then they will send me a modification letter. i will keep you posted.

I am having the same problem with OCWEN. I have faxed and re-faxed and emailed and re-emailed the info to OCWEN and I swear they keep telling me that the docs have not been received. I have been waiting since April...the longer the wait, the worse the delinquency...at least I think so. I keep getting calls from OCWEN from their automated system, which is frustrating, because when you think they are calling to tell you SOMETHING, it's just that damn'd auto voice. Today they said they recd the documents and I should hear something within a few days. I've been told that before though. The anxiety is AWFUL. Absolutely dreaded!!!!

i am still waiting to hear back from them. and i just sent them my forth payment since i started the loan mod. yes it is very frustrating when you get them automated calls. and resending info over and over is bull ****. they just want to prolong it for some reason.last time i talked to them they said there waiting for my home evaluation to come in.its been three weeks now.i cant understand why I'm still waiting four months later to get a answer.its been a nightmare with them since day one.i don't intend to pay next months mortgage im sure that will get there attention.i will keep you posted. good luck with ocwen
