Indymac short sale success

Hi Everyone,

I have my short sale closing set for Nov 20th on one of my rental properties. First with Indymac and the sale is for 48% of the balance owed with no deficiency judgement (they had asked for 8k). IT has been a long haul but because of info from this site I was able to push ahead and get through to the right people. I had the foreclosure postponed 4 times and found a second investor from Craigs list after the first one dropped out due to the length of time it was taking and hassle.

Oh and yesterday I finally got officilal notification from the county that the 2nd lien on my residence was released after the settlement I did back on July 31st.

Keep ploughing through and the success comes with using the email contacts and phone numbers on this site.

Thanks to Moe and everyone else.
I will post my progress on others too.
