Hey I got an call from an manager at litton that has been talking me threw this mod since May. He said my mod is the Hamp and thats the only kind litton does. So he also stated for every year being on time the government will send litton a check to take off 1000 from my principal balance up to 5 years. So litton reps dont know nothing and just telling me wrong info. But my paperwork didnt say anything in it about the Hamp.

The request was put in yesterday but i called that brown law place that sent our paperwork the first time and asked them to call me before they send out another package. the lady was really nice about doing that for me

maybe mine ia a hamp as well, dont know. mine doesnt say anything about being a hamp mod

well got off the phone with litton and mine is not a hamp-it is an in house. but thats ok. I got a payment thats like 23.5 percent of my net pay- so I cant really complain.

HEy Nitag They upped my principal balance and my new perm mod date due is March 2010 I still get to pay my trial payments if I want too and new paperwork be here probaly monday

What would happen April if you didn't pay till 3/10?? And did they adjust your payment?

They adjusted it from 902.70 to 902.64 only 6 cents and the principal is 200,509.09 second mod was 192,000 the first mod what i had left was 186,000 I dont know what would happen if i dont pay my trial payment.

Hey I recieved my loan mod back from the attorneys of Brown and it been recorded in my county. Darn I wish it was over but gotta wait for my second mod

well, checked on on county web site and the new morgage modifcation is recorded. I guess it really is finalized. still was kinda in disbelief.

litton has failed me on two remods gone bad for "unable to locate documents" or "first payment was not recorded for the trail period" ... im looking into chapter 13 to save it. i have gotten the run around for over 6 months now.
