Has anyone successfully attained a loan modification with Provident funding or a re-finance with them while upside down on their loan?? We are considering retaining a lawyer for a loan modification with Provident, BUT the catch is we are current with our loan and have never been late or diliquent. Does anyone have any intel on this?? We have suffered a pretty big hardship, being that I was furloughed more than a year ago. Any intel on this would help..thanks in advance, BP in So. Cal.
