Wells Fargo / ASC SUCCESS less than 6 Days

WOW!

Heres the story, I have a 80/20 loan ASC and Wilshire. 2 Years ago I modified out of a interest only loan at 7.8% to a 30 year fixed 7.8%.

Recently I had a temp loss of income and had to do a new modification, I started the modification process:

March 5, 2009 - June 23, 2009 = Declined (-520) Defecit
June 26 , 2009 - August 23, 2009 = Declined (-520) Defeceit

After declined twice, the third time I submitted my mod package with my wifes income including paystubs.

Today I was approved after 6 days.....Interest rate went from 30 year fixed 6.8 to 30 yr fixed 5.12.

It was a long journey...my tip if you have a WF /ASC loan fax you info the the accelated fax # (found on these forum) call the executive office for a quick status. I called 2 times a day.

I am looking to mod my Wilshire but I am currently in a 36 month mod.

That's great news did you sent all the normal hardship letter bank statments tax transcrips and paystubs. And have a response that fast.

Yes I did but they haven't asked asked for all the info I see thay ask most people so not sure if there just trying to make up for lost payments . I see very low success with asc . I have wishfull thinking and am trying my best hopefully I see results

One note I did email all the Well Fargo Executive, I didn't get a call back but I found out today that email was the reason my Mod was rushed.

yes, please provide email! I call daily and mail weekly, but email would be nice.

My situation was I was denied 2 times on a deficit. The email was pretty much. Why I was behind explain why you were denied and you can disprove that. Tell them you are getting no help from loss mitigation and deom the office of the president. Tell them you want answers. Don't be afraid to go as hi as the president. I just sent one email cc'd them all.
