Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Trial plan and filling for bankruptcy I send a TRIAL PLAN package back WITH FIRST PAYMENT I was thinking to file for bankruptcy CHAPTER7 include everything beside a mortgage (Main reason a lots of collections and coming up judgments ) Up to $40 000 in debt but i did not pay it in two years now I wanna have fresh start with no debt whatsover and small payment on the mortgage . Now When i first send the financial info to wells fargo i never included those debts cause it was no reason cause i did not pay for it in longer the two years it turned to collections and comming up judgments . Now when i started the TRIAL PLAN can i file for Bankruptcy ? Cause my attorney has everything ready to file all I have to tell him is go for it .What can happened? |

I believe it may have an affect on your trial period because you will now have a different financial situation then when you first applied for the modification..
