Trial plan and filling for bankruptcy

I send a TRIAL PLAN package back WITH FIRST PAYMENT
I was thinking to file for bankruptcy CHAPTER7 include everything beside a mortgage (Main reason a lots of collections and coming up judgments )
Up to $40 000 in debt but i did not pay it in two years now I wanna have fresh start with no debt whatsover and small payment on the mortgage .
Now When i first send the financial info to wells fargo i never included those debts cause it was no reason cause i did not pay for it in longer the two years it turned to collections and comming up judgments .

Now when i started the TRIAL PLAN can i file for Bankruptcy ?
Cause my attorney has everything ready to file all I have to tell him is go for it .What can happened?

Re: Trial plan and filling for bankruptcy

Hi wells5-1 welcome and thank you for joining,

I would discuss that with your BK attorney and maybe ask your lender as well. I believe it may have an affect on your trial period because you will now have a different financial situation then when you first applied for the modification..
