Hello everybody ,just wanna let u know after 5 months since i applied for HomeModifacatioPlan actually since March of 27.2009 i have been waiting calling every other day and all i heard call next week or in two weeks ,send again financial worksheet ,hardship letter ,paystubs ......etc.....
NOW THE MOMENT CAME I called and they told me I have been approved for TRIAL PERIOD PLAN (3 MONTHS) Payment is $451 for next three month and my actually payment is 917 (Past due $5000 for five month).
Now they send me a package to fill out with financial info ,hardship ,payment coupons and to call 1-888-995-HOPE as requirement.I called completed counceling and i send A package back .
SO 1 ROUND IS DONE NOW I GOT TO WAIT WHAT ARE THEY GONNA APPROVE ME FOR A FOURTH MONTH AND LATER ON .

Same here. I just got approved for the 3-month Trial Period Plan. For the HOPE counseling thing... What kinda questions did they ask you when you called? Is it a one-time call? Everything is just over the phone, right? What information do I need to provide?
